Judge Fun: Superbowl weekend

Over the weekend we went over to Jim's sister's house for a small get together for the superbowl. We had brisket, little smokies, rotel dip, etc. Yummy, low fattening food! Ha! Oh well, my diet starts next week. At least I better start doing something as this over 40 year old body is looking scary!

Rachel really likes talking to her Grandma's on the phone. Almost anytime someone is on the phone, she wants to talk to whomever it is. She can now distinguish who is who when we talk about her grandparents. She has Grandma Evelyn and Grandpa (Judge) and then there is Granddad and "Bullard Grandma" as she calls her. She also talks about Great Grandma Pat.

John is not crawling yet but coming closer. Since his ear infection has been gone, it is great because he has been sleeping all through the night for like a week now. However, he and his sister are both getting snotty noses again so we will see what happens.

Rachel continues to amuse us with her mannerisms and sayings. Yesterday at dinner she wanted me to get her milk. Well, I am trying to get her to work on patience and realize that she needs to wait sometimes for a minute or so, plus I was feeding John, and everyone else was eating, so I told her just a minute and I will get you some. Well obviously that wasn't going to be soon enough. So she takes her hand and puts it gently on Jim's arm and says "Daddy, will you get me some milk please"? It was too funny. She is using her feminine charms already!
