Since I am on a roll!

So, I just finally posted a few minutes ago, but decided to post a couple more pics also!

Rachel so very proud of the fact that she colored her baby doll. I thought she had fallen asleep somewhere but instead she was quietly coloring (the baby, the rug a little bit, and herself). Luckily they were washable markers.

Wow, so it has really been over 4 1/2 months since my last posting. Good grief! I never even posted the Halloween pictures, so I might have to bring them with me later (and no, not 4 mos) and post them anyway.

The month of December and part of January, we have just all been taking turns getting sick and various things. John is now on his 4th round of antibiotics as he has basically had an ear infection since the end of November. Last week both John and Rachel had RSV and proceeded to give it to me also.

There really isn't too much excitement going on with us. John sits up on his own now and can do the army crawl pretty well. He still just has his 2 lower front teeth but his gums up top are pretty puffy and white in some spots. Rachel still refuses to have anything much to do with potty training. Sarah and Derek are enjoying their Latin class still. We opted out of Spanish this year and went for Latin. This semester they are also taking speech and drama which at first Derek wasn't too happy about but now they both seem to enjoy it. They both tried out for the play coming up at the end of the school year. I am not sure when we will get the results.

Jim and I just continue to work and try to pay the bills! : ) Wal-mart trips are costly nowadays. Of course when the whole family goes, we also have to have 2 carts to hold the babies and the food!

I know that there have been some humorous sayings by Rachel but can't seem to remember any of them right now. She definitely keeps us entertained. She also keeps John pretty well entertained. He will just smile real big and bounce up and down when he sees her and she interacts with him.
